CANCELLATION

The cancellation of the stay must always be made in writing via e-mail.

In the event of cancellation without purchased cancellation insurance, the following applies:

More that 30 days before arrival, only administration fee is paid.
30-14 days before arrival, 50% of the value of the stay is paid.
Less than 14 days before arrival, the total value of the stay is paid.
We point out that in the case of return, an administration fee of DKK 250,00 is imposed.

For bookings in Holiday Homes it is also possible, if cancelled more than 30 days before arrivall, to leave the paid amount as a receivable for up to 2 years from the time of payment, no administration fee is paid here.

By reservations for pitches it is also possible, if cancelled no later that 12 noon the day before arrival, to leave the paid amount as a receivable for up to 2 years from the time of payment, no administration fee is paid here.

In connection with booking a holiday stay, it is possible to purchase 2 types of cancellation protection – read more below.

Prepaid stays will not be refunded on departure before the scheduled date.

FORCE MAJEURE

Ribe Camping will not take responsibility for the consequences of a strike, lock-out, epidemic/pandemic or other conditions which according to danish law are percieved as force majeure.

Cancellation protection in case of illness

Covers cases of acute illness or death among one of the travel participants, and must be medically documented.
Cancelalltion protection costs 4% of the total price of the stay incl. all fees and surcharges.

An administration fee of DKK 250,00 is paid upon cancellation.

The cancellation protection covers until 12 pm the day before arrival.
Only written cancellation by email is valid.

There is no cancellation right on the cancellation protection.

The cancellation protection must be ordered at the time of booking the stay and must be paid no later than the first installment payment deadline.
