TOURISM AWARD 2026 🏆

Wow – we are very honored! Ribe Camping has received the Tourism Award 2026 at the tourism conference in Esbjerg, where Destination Vadehavskysten every year celebrates businesses that make a special contribution to tourism in the area. We were recognized for creating activity in the area all year round and for sharing experiences, events, and local knowledge with our guests. It truly means a lot to us that our work with year-round tourism and great guest experiences is being noticed. The award included 25,000 DKK as well as a development program at the Danish Business Academy South West – and for us it made perfect sense to pass the money on to local initiatives. Therefore, we have donated 10,000 DKK to the new children’s festival in Ribe and 15,000 DKK to Christmas in Ribe.

DENMARK’S BEST FACILITIES 🏆

Just three days before receiving the Tourism Award 2026, we were at the Ferie for Alle travel fair in Herning, where we were named the campsite in Denmark with the “Best Facilities 2026” – and yes, this is actually the third year in a row! That’s incredible! The award means a lot to us because it largely comes from nominations and votes from both guests and the industry. We are constantly working to develop Ribe Camping and create great surroundings for our guests – with modern service buildings, family bathrooms, kitchen facilities, holiday homes, and our pool area. That’s why receiving this award again feels like a huge recognition.
